A fantastic new Secretarial position has arisen for a top US Law firm to work in their beautiful, modern offices right by St. Paul’s Cathedral. You will be supporting one Senior Partner and an additional new Partner who will be joining the firm shortly. This is an exciting and rewarding position for a Secretary to join a great firm who offer a positive working culture and support to all their Employees both in their daily activities, training, and career development.
The role will involve 60% typing and 40% administrative support. You will be audio typing lengthy legal documentation as well as being involved with diary management, travel arrangements, co-coordinating meetings and all general administrative support. It is essential that you have experience within the legal sector within either corporate, tax or competition law as you will require this experience to be able to ‘hit the ground running’.
The standard hours are 9.30am - 6.30pm and you must have a willingness to work later as required in busy periods. This firm offer a great working culture, along with a positive and supportive working environment and excellent benefits in beautiful, modern offices.
